I've been in a four-week stall so I'm super excited that the scale finally moved again. I was starting to get a little panicked like maybe I'd broken my pouch. : (

As long as you follow your doctor's eating plan, at least until you figure out what foods are not for you, you can't break it.

Good for you!

Down 2.25lbs (stunned and happy)
Total: 11.25lbs in 13 days since surgery.

I can't believe it, I've eaten burgers (no bun), coffee with cream, cheese and I really expected a stall and was thinking that my CC maybe wasn't really 75cm or did I really get switched, as my recovery's been pretty smooth.

You are doing great!

My first stall (and most DS'ers) happens around week three. And since most of what you ate is protein/fat, I suspect you DID, LOL. There were and still are, times I wonder about mine, :)

I'm gonna crack in the near future though.  Potato chips are already calling my name - I don't have any in the house and don't feel ready to drive yet, hence I've not cracked!  ;-)

Would be nice if that were a stall, but I'm hoping I'll survive - 11lbs feels like an accomplishment for now (I may whine a little if I really do stall though ;-))

Stair stepping your way down???? At least, over time, you continue down, it works.

You can handle the occasional ups if the trend is down.
