 This week: 109.8 lbs

Last week: 108.9 lbs.

This is okay. Anything under 110 lbs is fine. I'm learning that my normal fluctuation seems to be 1-2 lbs. My eating is okay, but I know I could do more in the aerobic exercise department.

Total change +1
I went off the Topamax this week so maybe I will put some weight back on.  My prescription ran out and since it wasn't helping me my doctor didn't renew it and I don't know if that was a good idea since I have heard you shouldn't stop Topamax cold turkey.  I am also very depressed, the worse it's been in a while and it's been bad.  It has been almost a week so I don't want to go back on it and stop again so I am going to try and hang in there.

LOL...it counts but TRY not to get weirded out if you do a staircase about week 3...it happens to all of us.

I only had 70/80 lbs to lose and still lost almost 27 lbs the first month. Then I came to a temp screaching halt for a week or so and slowed down some after that. I did get to my original goal (145 and a normal BMI) in only 7 months tho.

You are doing great, just keep hydrated at this point...fluids are your best friend.

LOL, Linda...yeah, but it was still nice to see the lower number...Staying in range takes work during maint.
