WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Phase!

Feeling so Blessed today!  I love when I hold up a pair of shorts that I haven't worn for awhile and think..these look so small, I hope they fit and they go right up with room to spare.  I LOVE MY RNY!!!!!!!  Beautiful Weather and Beautiful Day!

 Have to run errands... Then gonna hit the gym... Not sure what the day is gonna bring for the menu.. Started with a bowl of Cheerios w/skim milk.. Will go from there.... However I must say...I MISS MILK.... A big tall glass of cold whole milk!!!!!!

I'd probably drink the milk and skip the Cheerios if I really wanted it. Cereal makes me crave sweets and I can't stop at 1/2 cup.

Rode poppy this morning and have been waiting for a call to go to Asheville to pick up a check so I can pay my staff. Putting up tomatos.
