I stress myself out.  I am a worrier and I drive myself nuts with it.  This new job is a lot to take on and its not exactly what I thought it would be.  I worry all day before I go in about getting everything done and worrying that something will go wrong.

I dont have a lot of experience in this field and that makes it worse.  I dont have a lot of confidence.  I am a psych nurse turned med/surg nurse.  As a psych nurse I was very confident, I knew how to deal with everything.  Now I am in uncharted territory.  I have great people that I work with who are willing to help me, very kind and patient.  But I beat myself up for not knowing everything already, for not being good at everything already...

It is really annoying to feel this way.

So happy for you that you have good people to work with! I feel like I am in a psych unit without any good drugs! Hang in there each day will get better.

My daughter is a med/surg nurse.  She went to nights to get a handle on things.  It's a little slower pace.  Now she is on weekend days.  She likes it a lot and her confidence is much better.  Just an idea.

I'm in hospital but for a good reason.
I finally had my boob job- Breast Lift and scar revision from my TT a year ago and it's gangrene and a left inguinal hernia repair.
Combined surgery was Monday and today is pain and swell boobs from hell! I hurt and it is hard to lift my arms to do things. I feel swollen almost to my collar bone! Soft sport bra closing in front and binder at waist and pubic mins all pulled up tight! I'm in pain/discomfort and am still wishing for thighs and butt.
I am not at normal bmi at 5ft/152cm and came in weighing 77.6K and gained to now weigh 79.4K which I hope will evaporate in a few days time.
Sorry for my long report.
