Grazing isn't the problem, it's what you are grazing on...

Dh & I are trying to cut carbs down drastically.....he regained about 5 lbs.

Last week: 108.7 lbs

This week: 108.9 lbs.

About the same in the great scheme of things. An average of about 109.1 lbs for the week.
