OT. Getting a tattoo. Need opinions

Man, tats on one post, piercings on another.  You guys make me feel like an old foggie. 

I have several tattoos and am a staff RN.  Let me tell you its a pain in the ass.  I have one behind my ear, a bumble bee.  I cant pull my hair back unless I cover it with a bandaid-and it gets stuck in my hair.  You do not want to spend your life making sure your hair covers your tat as a bandaid wont fly as a supervisor. Who knows how you will want to wear your hair in the future.

GET IT ON YOUR SHOULDER!

I also have a tattoo on my upper arm that short sleeves do not cover.  I have to wear a special tan colored sleeve/tube looking thing to cover it.

the point is, I wish I had thought about placement and how jobs would react when I got them.

Thank you!  Great advice.  I went with my shoulder off set towards my spine so you can see it with a "wife beater" but not a sleeveless top.  I want to get one one on my ankle but am now concerned with a skirt and heels should I go to a job interview.  Your advice did not fall on deaf ears! Now to find a hidden place that isn't going to be affected when/if I get plastics.

I am very sporadic on the board but I always have spent my OH time here at LW board. Your tattoo is the best one I think I've seen in a long time. You picked good. I like it. I am a wannabe tattooer. Want one but can't decide, going to go check out the Love on Pinterest that was mentioned. I would get one if I had a burning desire for a specific idea. Anyway, enjoy your spider!

OMG I hate spiders so much. I can appreciate the meaning and all but I truly have arachnophobia and that is too realistic. I would freak out seeing you standing by me in a tank top!

I will admit it is great work but why couldn't it have been a butterfly or something ...
