Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Phase!

Are you getting the storms today?  It's clear here right now but they are suppose to be hitting between noon and five with high winds.  DH told  DD that if it starts to get windy  to get  the kids to the opposite end of the house that doesn't have any trees.  He told her definitely not to go to the basement because if a tree lands on the house the floors will probably fall in. After the last wind storm we are going to be fearful every time the winds kick in.   We might have to give in  and cut down the last trees....

I see the storm prediction now. I think I'd still send them to the basement under a beam, doorway or interior bathroom/closet down there. Too much flying glass potential on the floors above ground. Y'all be careful.

It's getting gray in Columbus. I'm downtown. Was beautiful an hour ago. Praying this one isn't like the previous. We never lost power but the dog was a mess. He is diapered today and I moved the grill to the side of the house so it doesnt take another tumble. Thinking of adding some pavers and letting it live there!!

B. roadside lemonade x 3
L. 1/2 c chicken salad & 2 timbits
S. co-jack & beef stick
D. ???

100 pro / 18 carbs so far.

Roz, y'all be safe in the bad weather.  We have been having the big thunder and lightening storm almost every afternoon - I think it is from the heat.  Our power went off last night for about 2 - 3 hours.  It was miserably hot!!  These storm are driving Little Willie crazy...

DD left her Harley in his cage today because last time he was scared to death.

Your sausage crumbles made think of the pizza chips. I need to make a batch of those.  How do you make the garlic ones you ate today?  I haven't seen your recipe post for awhile.

Like the variety!

Roz,
Here is the link to the recipe.  It looks complicated, but is really pretty easy.  I don't have a ricer so I used my magic bullet to make the cooked cauliflower creamy and it worked fine.  I think I should have cooked it a little longer than the 15 minutes the first time - next time I think I'll do 20 minutes.  The oregano was a little strong, I might use a little less of it.  I love garlic so I might use more or it.

This is a great recipe site.  I'm going to have to check out some more of her recipes.  Most of them are gluten free and low carb.
