 Awesome!  And it's a great soft food for newbies.  I've found that mixing the protein powder in with it really smoothes out the texture.  I double dosed the powder yesterday - was quite a bit stronger - but everyone's tastes are different. I can handle it that way.

What's great about it is - nothing else was needed to make it taste good!  

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months.

A massage sounds nice.  I got a pedicure over the weekend and they used hot towels and rocks and it felt wonderful. DD and family are going to Niagra Falls this weekend but staying on the USA side because they didn't have time to get passports.

Sorry you had the hungries....have you been taking your previcid?  Hope the day got better for you!

I have some Fuzzy Navel that I need to use up.  I just can't drink it as a drink.  I might try it in my yogurt or some SF pudding.

Rode Poppy this morning, work then have a meeting this afternoon late. Now when I am riding, I can trot a good bit so I really am getting some exercise. Woo Hoo.

decaf protein coffee 33g
eggbeaters 1/4c, 1 oz ham, 1 oz cheese
caribean cooler 12g
zucchini 1c, 1 oz cheese, 2 oz ham
lemon tea 12g
protein bar 15g
pulled pork out of a sandwich, didn't eat the bread
protein shake 33g

Going to stop by a horse show on the way home from the meeting. Not sure what I will do about dinner.

I think I'm learning to eat better.  With my running, I needed more carbs than I was getting.

L: 1 slice double fibre bread, tuna salad w/ff mayo, mixed berries
