Does anyone that has had a panniculectomy have pictures? I will eventually need one or a full TT, but would like to see what a panni looks like.

I had an extended abdominalplasty last year. It included tightening (corset -ing) of the muscles. I would recommend checking out some plastic surgeons web sites. I Googled panniculectomy and it came up with lots. Take a look at these maybe.

The panni is the removal of the flap of skin tht hangs down over the public area. An extended TT is an upside--down T cut that removes excess skin above the panni and like Julie said, can tighten the muscles.

I actually found a site that had an animated portrayal of what happens during a TT.. glad I watched it after I had it!
