WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

Drove Chili this morning. Otherwise, just work stuff. I did get my accrediation survey moved from Oct/Nov to Dec/Jan which frees me up to play with the ponies more in Oct/Nov when we have so much fun stuff going on. Hurray.

Back to measuring everything. It's amazing how quickly 1c become 1.5c and how little 1oz of cheese really is.
