Glad you are well, and although embarrassing for you , a good reminder for me and I'm sure others! Warm jello always makes me better. Might feel good going down?
im happy you are doing good... definately a lesson for us all. i think eating slow and chewing will be my biggest hurdle, once i get to start eating!!!!
Roz: Glad that is past for you. I've gotten food stuck recently. Thought I was having a heart attack. I was so miserable. Glad my pouch is still working though.
