AMAZING Protein cake/bar recipe!
I just wanted to post a quick follow up.
I tweaked my recipe a bit and they turned out even BETTER than the first time!
I used 1 tbsp of coconut oil instead of 2 and added 1 container of unsweetened applesauce.
I used a 9 x 9 pan and baked for 15 minutes and they came out soooooooooo much moister than the first batch!
And it dropped the calories to 98! 12.5 g protein, 5g carbs, 1.2g fiber :0)
