Menus and Miles Saturday July 21st

Hi Roz,
It has been a very busy Saturday so far.  DH and I got up and I ran while he and Little Willie walked, had a Celebrate Home party I went to, went to visit DH's aunt in the nursing home and talked DH into taking me out for a very late lunch.  When we got home I had to go to the store.  I'm ready for a nap now, but it is too late!!

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee

Late Lunch:  Flounder, salad w/ fat free rasp. vineg dressing, 1 hushpuppy, couple bites of cheese grits

Vitamins:  Done
Water/Fluids:  120 ozs
Miles:  2.8 Ran, 3/4 walked

You were busy today. Sometimes making others happy can wear you out.

My mom and I went and got pedicures today. She got bright turquoise. She wanted neon green but I talked her into waiting until after it's sandle season.....she's going to be 80 years old....lol.

It looks like you had a good eating day.

i like your mom.    Saddle season??? Does that mean after sandels?  Never heard that expression. 

 LOL...yes sandles.....only a horse owner would pick up on that one.

 That sounds like fun with your mom.  I can't imagine my mom getting a pedicure!!

 My mom's toe nails get awful so we got her a gift card and she loves to go. She loves all of the Vietnamese girls. The only problem is that they are very soft spoken and she comes back with some crazy answers. They look at her very strange sometimes.
