WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

Sorry, I don't know anything about an IPad.  My sister has one and she loves it.  I'm so glad it is Friday!!

 My youngest loves hers too.  She keeps everything from choreography to music for all of her teamson hers.   She always has it with her.  I'm hoping my SIL will have time to look at my computer tomorrow.

Maybe my Bday in October!! LOL. just google iPad copy paste tips and remember You Tube. You can even learn how to finish a loom potholder on there! (did it the other night!!!)

 I have figured out how to copy/paste but it won't let me scroll through my whole post so i can edit what I eat during the day.

Maybe I can find time tomorrow to check the web. It doesn't come with any kind of directions.

I know nothing about I anythings. No help from here.

Drove Chili this morning then work stuff. I was sore from riding yesterday and then working with the personal trainer so I basically took the day off.

 Hope tomorrow you will have less soreness.  I've had a really bad neck and headache. I think it's from carrying the baby. He is a big 5 month old.

 I did too Gina but I can't figure out how to edit what I ate. All I can see is the top paragraphs. It won't let me scan done to the menu.

I think I'm due for blood work. I've got check on that Monday.
