 Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!! 

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period.

Good Morning!!   Boy I needed yesterday's ME time!  I feel like a new woman today.  Do you remember to take some time for yourself or do you wait until you are burned out and then too exhausted to enjoy it.

I did pick a little to much yesterday and although the scales didn't show it this morning it will probably turn up tomorrow.  I tried to make good choices with fruit and protein foods but I did have 1 chocolate cookie that I enjoyed without guilt.


Protein:  Matrix Mint Cookie
Snack:  1/2 thin whole wheat bun with peanut butter and SF jam
Lunch:   Small Wendy's Chili
Protein:  Syntrax Lemon Tea Protein 23g  
Dinner:   DH has a ballgame so not sure (hoping to get rained out...lol)
Protein:  Syntrax Lemon Tea Protein 23g
Snack:  

Miles:   15 minute walk around the office complex

 The game went on without me.  We were planning on taking the boys because Jen and TJ had to work but I knew everything would be wet so DH went to the game alone.  

I'm hoping the scales are nice to me tomorrow. I'm not sure I finished any of my Protein drinks today.
