YEP...I just keep preaching it.....Protein, low carbs and exercise. I can't think of anything else that works.
This is what I warn about every single day on Menus and Miles. This should be your routine through the Losing Stage and Maintenance. Those carbs that everyone gets away with eating during the "honeymoon phase" will catch up with you on Maintenance.

I love reading all of these responses. It seems to me that all of the habits that we are expected to follow in the beginning are the same ones that keep us healthy and happy in the long run.
I was saying at support group last night how easy it is snack, graze etc.but really all we have to do is go back to those basics. Our tool works perfectly if we give it the opportunity.
I recently, a few weeks ago decided to experiment with giving up the few grains that I was eating, as well as any chocolate products that I occasionally indulged in. I wanted to treat my Sleeve the way it deserves. It's amazing how quickly the carb/sugar craving go away.
I do sometimes miss the "party in my mouth" but not that feeling of always wanting something to eat.
