Hope Roz gets her technical difficulties straightened out soon!!  I am so clueless when it comes to that kind of thing.

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  Low-Carb Meatballs, Spaghetti Squash, Marinara sauce, cheese

Pre-Run/Walk:  1/2 graham cracker w/ red. sugar peanut butter
D:  Lettuce sandwich w/ deli meat & lite mayo or a salad

Miles:  Hope to run/walk this afternoon if not storm comes through - it is suppose to later today.

We have a board meeting at 4pm so hopefully we will get back before it starts.

Had staff and a client here this morning scanning onld records and shredding. Now it is too hot to do anything with the ponies. Going to swim laps this afternoon.
