 I am the same way with dumping. I know the chances are pretty good it's going to happen and I still take that second bite.  

I could never say yummy to anything that has mushrooms on it..   but I'm happy you found something healthy that you like.

I've had a very busy day.  We had to take DH's truck in, the farrier was here all morning, then to the dentist which took forever because I forgot to take my antibiotic and so I had to get it, take it, wait an hour before they could start.  Just a cleaning but it ended up taking up my whole afternoon.  Didn't get in a morning or afternoon protein shake and was starveing when I got home.  I had stopped and picked up a rotesserie chicken so just made a salad and dinner was done.

meatloaf, squash casserole
portein bar
chicken, salad
protein shake  33g

I made Tazz's protein blizzard last night.  chocolate peanutbutter protein and a double peanutbutter protein bar.  It was good but messes up a lot of dishes.  Ok for a treat every now and then but won't take the place of my usual nightly shake.

 DH and I love the rotisserie chickens.   Quick and healthy meal. You can't beat the price at our local grocery sore.

I am so tired ! We went camping on Sat and today after work I had to wash clothes and clean up

 Vacations can be really tiring  we rent a house in FL that has a  laundry, it's a lot better to come with clean clothes in your suitcase.
