...and expecting different results. So, this week, you want to try something different?  Is there anything you want to add or take away from your routine? Remember, baby steps.

I'm a grazer, but I want to try to plan my snacks this week and have more cheese rounds rather than nuts and popcorn. OMG! Can I do this?

yes, you can.  We know you can do it if you just get those things out of sight and have the new ones there in their place.  You go girl.

After having a week away from my routine, I just want to get back to it this week.  Actually I made a good start over the weekend.  Now that we are over the 100 degree heat one week and the pouring rain the next, I hope to walk with the dogs at least a time or two this week.

I want to drink more water, now that the inspectors are gone I can have water @ my desk, so this will help. I also want to cut out the bad carbs and plan my snacks better. I want to start eating every 2-3 hrs. The problem that I have is that I let myself get too hungry and then eat anything in site.

You can do this Gina

You can do it Gina!!

I want to stop snacking at night and drink my protein drink.  I love the Chocolate Truffle protein drink that I make - it is like a milk shake, but for some reason I want to eat carby food instead....

I made a protein blizzard last night with chocolate/peanut butter protein and a double peanut butter protein bar.  It was good and a treat but it messes up the blender and the ice cream maker and I don't like that you lose so much that sticks to the sides of the ice cream maker.  Now I remember why I stopped using it last year.

I hardly ever use the ice cream maker anymore.  I just make my protein shake in the Magic Bullet with Hood Calorie Countdown Milk and top with some Fat Free Whip Cream, Ice and some DaVinci Syrup and Protein Powder.  It really is like a milk shake.
