Linda, you did good...bouncing is normal within a range for even normies...so I don't worry too much unless it keeps bouncing UP.

Last week 158. This week 157. Two pounds to goal. Been a little constipated this week so I started adding oatmeal at night for a snack. a little nervous of adding it.

WTG, you'll have to post when you reach goal! But I would not try to stop when you do...let your body keep going. We all get some bounceback and to go lower helps us stay in range....it will settle out at some point.

Extra fat helps me go...this last time I tried my usual help (a donut) and it didn't work altho tasted great! This last time I had to add a stool softner and extra fiber.

Being constipated is NOT fun.

Understood the bounce back weight! I figured on making my goal a little lower. Like the goal after the goal. (:
I have been thinking a lot about eclairs so it may not be a safe thing for me to try for constipation. Maybe pick up some stool softeners.

Still headed the right way! I guess the extra walking is helping the scale to continue to go down. I know it's making me feel better both physically and emotionally!

Last week : 183.2
This week : 180.8

When I get below 180 my face gets gaunt so I like 185 as my absolute high weight.
I had a donut at church like every week ....my only one all week ...but we did have a send off for the youth group who are attending a conference this week and they served pizza after the service. So I cut back at supper and had a small steak sandwich. Went and saw the movie Ted ...not what I was expecting....my wife a former teacher and a bit prim was laughing a lot. Hey maybe the MS is to blame ...lol...
