Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!


Happy Thursday!!!   I would love to see some new posters!   What are you eating that's making you successful or triggering bad habits?  I have a tendancy to be boring and a creature of habit but that works for me....what works for you?
 
Protein:  Matrix Mint Cookie 35g
Lunch:   KFC Drumstick and Bing cherries
Snack:   1/4 cup Mixed Nuts
Protein:  Syntrax Lemon Tea Protein 23g 
Snack:   Beef Jerky
Dinner:   Small Wendy's Chili
Protein:  Syntrax Lemon Tea Protein 23g
Snack:   Probably 100 Calorie Bag of Popcorn (ALL OUT....)

Miles:   15 minute walk around the office complex

Hi Roz!! Creature of habit here -- i pack my food for work in one of those gladware containers w three separated compartments. It's "my box" -- lol! I like finger foods most. So I try to have deli meat, cheeses, fruit in the fridge. Today I'm eating salami and it is giving me instant hiccups -- not used to this!

B. roadside lemonade x 3
L. Salami & co-jack stick & 2 strawberries
S. oikos yogurt
D. Chicken taco chilli (a Pinterest recipe). I will let you know how it is ...
Can of kidney beans, black beans, corn, Tom sauce, diced toms, pit taco seasoning, T chilli powder, 2 chicken breasts - chunked up. Smelled great!!!

Let us know about the chilli...it sounds good.

I like soups and finger foods.  The salami might have been too greasy for you.  So you are a hiccup person too?  I don't think there are to many of us. Lots of runny nose and eyes out there.

Hi Roz,
This is my Friday!!  I usually eat the same thing all week.  This week it was Chile Rellenos and Taco Pie.  I change it up with a salad sometimes.  I am pretty boring also...

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  Taco Pie w/ lite sour cream, 1/2 sugar cookie
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
S:  1/2 graham cracker w/ reduced sugar peanut butter
D:  1/2 Tortilla Wrap, Turkey Pepperoni, Cheese - Melted
S:   Chocolate Truffle Protein Drink

Vitamins:   Done
Water/Fluids: 100 ozs 
Miles:  None

Chicken taco chili sounds good.  I love spicy

B: protein coffee             20g
S: protein coffee             20g
S: 1/2 apple + 1/2 mango

L: 4 oz chicken breast, 1 double fibre wheat bread, 1 TBSP ff mayo, lettuce   18g
S: 1/2 apple + 1/2 mango

D:  WW sesame chicken.  + brocolli. Looks like a lge portion//may have to cut in half.  25g
S: SF popsicle, SF fudgesicle---MY NIGHTLY TREAT

Have a really hard time getting my veggies in.  Am going to try to improve that.  My goal is 3 X meals this  week. 

Psyching myself for a run tomorrow AM if the temp is under 92 in AM.

I've never tried mango.  I don't like cantaloupe.  Is it similar to that?

I think I got about 10 times as much sodium as I should have. Not a good thing. :(

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Greek yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)
S - popcorn
L - protein shake (30g)
S - peanuts and a V8 <<salt!
S - cheese

D - homemade chili and rice w/sour cream <<salt!

Isn't it strange how we can feel things like to much sodium now? I used to pile the salt on everything and then never gave it a second thought.

This must have been the day forsome type of chili...LOL
