WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

Over the hump day!! Lots of Billing to do this morning....means stiff fingers.
Protein: Matrix Mint Cookie 35g
Lunch: KFC Grilled thigh and part of a drumstick
Snack: 1/4 cup Mixed Nuts
Protein: Syntrax Lemon Tea Protein 23g
Dinner: 1 turkey hot dog no bun and a few bites of watermellon
Protein: Syntrax Lemon Tea Protein 23g
Snack: Probably 100 Calorie Bag of Popcorn
Miles: 15 minute walk around the office complex

B2 - wheat bagel (3/4 of it)
S - Atkins bar
L - sushi and an open face ortabella mushroom pizza - this is 1/2 of a portabella mushroon with pizza sauce and cheese on it. This is an awesome idea and you could make really any kind of pizza you want! It would be so easy to do too. I think it would be a great dish for a potluck.
S - double fuzzy navel protein drink
D - marinated chicken
Vits: yes
Water: ok
Miles: 1/2 hr on treadmill, 15 mins weights

90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

Atleast I have finished the minutes from the last two board meetings!! Now to work on the end of year things...
I'm taking Friday off because we are taking a girls trip(DD, DDIL and DGD's) to a place nearby that has a beach and other things that will be fun for the DGD's. We are just going for the day so it will be a long day - hope no one gets too ill!!

I wish we lived close enough to a beach that we could spend the day.....jealous
. We do have a local swimming pool that is really nice with big slides etc. but it's so crowded we never go there.
