WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

Snack: Probably 100 Calorie Bag of Popcorn

Miles: 15 minute walk around the office complex

I'm all out of popcorn so I need to stop after work and get some.  Houston and I used to share every night but now he wants his own bag.  The other night I took about 3 pieces because I wasn't in the mood for a bag and he through a hissy fit....LOL Last night he spilt his bag in my bed...little stinker.

I have so much to do at work.  I really need to get busy closing the fiscal year but things keep coming up when I get started working on it.
It is too hot outside to walk or run.  I need to get started back after last Wednesday's race.  If I don't have a goal to work towards, I find myself not doing anything.  I need a swift kick in the rear end!!

We are finally having comfortable weather. Houston still doesn't want to sleep in his room since the storm ripped our trees out and squashed "his" swing set.

I'm busy too from our fiscal year just beginning and all of the states changes that go with that.  I think I finally having everything organized and slighty under control.

Sounds Good Linda!  I'm made at myself for not remembering to order the Carbquick with my last Protein order.

Hi Roz!!!!! It's a good day!!!! Walking at lunch was beautiful. The city waters grass at the park. So I got a picture of green grass! It's been a while! My DH will love it.

It's beautiful here today too.  My DH hasn't complained about our brown grass because it takes him hours to mow it all and he usually does it twice a week.

Yes, I really am enjoying this routine.  It's just amazing - if I DON'T do it, I'm just downright lazy.  It feels good to go into work knowing you've already accomplished something for the day!
