I'm all out of popcorn so I need to stop after work and get some. Houston and I used to share every night but now he wants his own bag. The other night I took about 3 pieces because I wasn't in the mood for a bag and he through a hissy fit....LOL Last night he spilt his bag in my bed...little stinker.

I have so much to do at work. I really need to get busy closing the fiscal year but things keep coming up when I get started working on it.
It is too hot outside to walk or run. I need to get started back after last Wednesday's race. If I don't have a goal to work towards, I find myself not doing anything. I need a swift kick in the rear end!!

90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

Yes, I really am enjoying this routine. It's just amazing - if I DON'T do it, I'm just downright lazy. It feels good to go into work knowing you've already accomplished something for the day!
