Good Morning. Take your water with you
Just a friendly reminder to always always have water with you. You can live for a few days without food bu****er is critical. Have a stash in your car at work or otherwise on you all the times. :)
I have support group tonight and looking forward to it. Just want to get away from family sometimes. Nothing wrong with them just like having another outlet. Y'all have a great day!

Doesn't even HAVE to be water...just liquid. Esp in this heat.
But having my liquid with me at all times is a habit for me now.
Good reminder.

I feel like I am drinking water with crystal lite all the time!! I keep extra at work, but never thought about keeping some in the car.
I sometimes need to get away for a little alone time also. I think it is the type personality that I have. I could very easily be a loner!!
Working today, board meeting this afternoon. It is soooo hot and it is only July.

I always keep at least a 6 pack from the dollar store in my car or a case from the grocery store. Thankfully for some reason it usually stays cool in my car so I always have some on hand. And a big baggie full of drink sticks so I am ready to go.
I have had a house full of teen agers since Sunday and I have no idea when they are leaving. My daughter has been part of the cast of the local Rocky Horror show here and is friends with all the cast and crew. Many of the people that work on the crew are homeless kids that are just looking for a place to hang out and belong. They aren't bad kids and aren't into drinking or drugs. They seem to be kids that their parents have gotten tired of from what I have seen or maybe they can't afford them any more in this economy. They stay from couch to couch to floor to floor at various friends houses. Two of the boys who do security at the theater have been staying here, one with his girlfriend, who is also my daughter's friend, and another friend of my daughter's, so I have had 5 teens here. They have been staying up all nigh****ching Supernatural, which is my daughter's favorite tv show that she is sharing with all her friends. They stay up all night eating and trashing the place but I have been getting on them about cleaning up after themselves. So, between 5 teens, 4 dogs and 2 kittens my house really is a zoo. I am ready for a vacation.
Yesterday my freezer died. It's been on it's way out for a while and it finally gave up the ghost. I was going to buy a mini freezer for $25 to get by but my boyfriend said he would give me the money to get another regular size one. I found one on Craigslist for $75 that was supposed to be frost free that the people would deliver for that price so I told them to bring it but when it got here it turned out to not be frost free. The lady said she thought it was frost free because she had it 5 years and never defrosted it. Oh well, I hope I don't have to defrost it for 5 years. Other then that it is perfect. It is a lot smaller then what I had which is fine. The other one was too big anyway. I threw out a huge trash bag of outdated, freezer burnt food that was no good because the freezer wouldn't close good so some things had defrosted and been refrozen and was ruined anyway. I think it was costing a lot to run, too, since my electricity bill was so high. I saved all the meat, not that I had much. The good thing about being broke is that I haven't bought any expensive food for a while so I didn't really lose anything good. Anything I spent money on I put in the other freezer on the refrigerator because I knew that freezer wasn't to be trusted so now I can use the new one, too.
Today I am going back to my doctor about my headaches. I don't know what she can do but I am feeling frustrated after 4 months and no relief. Maybe we can think of a new direction to go in. Anyone have any ideas I can bring her?
