WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!

Hey there!! Just got online for the first time since Friday... Glad you are ok and back online. Those storm**** here again Fri but not our area we only had thunder and lightening. It's unreal what the wind can do! Here's to a nice quiet week!!!

Do you ever feel like you eat the same things over and over and over.  My daily intake is always the same until night time.  That is snack time and the time I have to really watch what and the amount I eat.

I could probably cut and paste my eats/drinks most days.  I usually cook on the weekends and eat the same things all week long.

I have to watch the snacks at night also.  I started having a Protein drink made with Hood Calorie Count Down Milk at night and it has helped with the snacking some.

I started out with very good intentions....

B - coffee and greek yogurt with NSA cherries
L - fish taco (some tortilla, mostly meat and veggies), refried beans and part of an enchilada that was nasty (didn't eat but a bite of that)
D - chicken breast with buffalo sauce (yum).  This used to be a "go to" for me all the time when I lived alone.  Loved it

Vits:  yes
Water:  ok
Miles:  Elliptical 1/2 hr, weights 15 mins
 

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
