I started out with very good intentions....
B - coffee and greek yogurt with NSA cherries
L - fish taco (some tortilla, mostly meat and veggies), refried beans and part of an enchilada that was nasty (didn't eat but a bite of that)
D - chicken breast with buffalo sauce (yum). This used to be a "go to" for me all the time when I lived alone. Loved it

Miles: Elliptical 1/2 hr, weights 15 mins

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
