Pre op pics! Whooa

 Nothing special to say, just sharing . I took my  pre op pics so I have something to look back on when I'm not feeling productive , and HOLY COW! A good reminder of why I am having VSG! I do not have any mirrors that go below my face, I hardly even look in the mirror at my face. The only mirror that is knee length is in my husbands bathroom. So any way in about 4 months , I might post them and new ones , hopefully I can bare to look in the mirror. 

On another note, I've been cruising the main forum, and I just want to say " you guys on this LW Board are awesome". Thanks for all your comments and support. And no negativity! 

Glad you're liking it here even though we're so slow on weekends.

Once your surgery is behind you you're going to be wanting to put full length mirrors in your house. Then you'll be taking pictures to share with us on your progress. :)

 Thanks Gina! I almost posted preop pics now , but didn't want to turn Tummys! Lol hope your day was good , got most the hay cut , tomorrow rake and bale.

consider taking your measurements.  I can remember making myself do it.  It wasn't fun however, on those weeks that the scale did not move I was glad to have them.  

 Ugh did that too😲😱. Better days are coming.....

For the first time in my life I do not run when a camera comes out.

You will be amazed at this upcoming transformation.

U are getting so close! U should post ur pics for us when u r comfortable. This area is full of helpful nonjudgemental people! What is ur surgery date again? What is ur goal weight?

 August 6 th. I'd love to be 130 but I can't see it. 30 days! So nervous about maintenance , I know I can lose it, it's maintenance. Ugh😣 lots of other things in my head too. So many people's relationships change. I have such a wonderful man in my life I'd rather be fat and have him than skinny and not. I'm not afraid of him changing , I'm afraid if I change . Get snotty or something, I dono paranoid of everything . He is paying for this WLS, well like 80/20. He says nothing will change . But My happiness and self esteem . I'm trusting that and everyone on here that stays happy and together .  gotta go back to haying!

Nikki, we thought I'd be lucky to get to 150.  I couldn't imagine being any smaller than that in this lifetime!

I got to 120 and panicked!  I'm back up to 131 at the moment (down from 142 in March - an experiment in NOT weighing/measuring/logging!), and happy right here.

Let your body decide - follow your plan, and go where it takes you.

As far as relationships, DH loved me when I was small and we met, loved me through various weight gains and losses, and loves me now.  I know I'm so fortunate!  Hang in there, and keep it going with you guys!

I don't have full length mirrors in my house either.  That was  why buying clothes pre op, which I never did, was so devestating.  I never saw my body until standing in the fitting rooms.
