Hi Courtney,
Pretty new to the site. I had RNY 6/12 and doing very well. I have lost around 30lbs since I started the liquid diet (post surgery****il now. I walk 5 to 6 times a week around 3 miles.
 HW: 235, SW: 215, GW: 140
