Hey everyone!  It's Friday!  yea! Roz said her computer wasn't working today. 

I'm going to start the post, but may not be able to come back and check in very often, but will try.

No idea what's on my menu today as I'm out and about.  Of course I always think protein first, veggies and little/no carbs, especially white.

L - Ooo - bad me - chicken strips and some fries.  Hope the RH doesn't kick my butt

Hi Jody ! Another hot one here and if my DH reads one more weather update to me I'm going to throttle him. Drives me insane. Yes, it's hot. Stay inside if you do not care for it!!!!!!

Yea - hot here too... trying to stay cool, but hard to do on a motorcycle when its upper 90's and the heat from the bike is coming up on you too!

Good sounding menu.  I can't eat rice crackers - for one, I make a mess, two I wouldn't stop...

I love this time of year when we can cook out on the grill.  I had grilled chicken breast and veggies last night - yummy!

Hi Jody,
I knew I should not have put those oreo cookies in my basket at Walmart!!  My excuse was that they are for my DGD's that are coming tonight - but I was just fooling myself....

L:  Pizza - made w/ 1/2 tortilla wrap, cheese, turkey pepperoni & sausage crumbles

 Oh No!  Oreo cookies are evil!  i do the same with my potato chips tho, and can't even blame it on the kids... since it's just me...

Isn't' it great tho the remorse we feel now?

Thanks Jody! I'm going to give this IPad another chance. I'm wondering if my DDs did something to my computer so I'm forced to learn how to use this.

We went looking for DDs flooring this morning and I forgot my Protein at home so I'm just having my first shake of the day.

Breakfast: nothing
Lunch: part of a turkey sandwich
Protein: Syntrax Lemon Tea 23g
Protein: Mint Cookie 35g
Dinner: 1 turkey dog (no bun) and 1 ear of corn with butter - first of the season
Seconds: another ear of corn with butter

It's been a rough food day for me today, we had a going away party @ work for a coworker and it is my DS 4th bday.

L-publix chicken wing, meat/cheese/and lettuce out of a sub, 1/2 slice of cake
D-chicken breast, red beans/rice, biscuit
S-1/2 slice of ice cream cake
