Hot here again today. Rode Poppy early before the heat started setting in. My driving show for Sat was cancelled due to heat but that gives me more time to get ready for Blowing Rock. It is usually 5-10 degrees cooler at the camp site and another 5-10 cooler when we are on the trails. Can't wait to get away.

Your menu looks great! The only thing I would probably do is add a little more protein to each drink.
Have you tried the Nectares? They only have 90 calories and 23g of protein plus no carbs and sugar.

God is walking with me every step of the way. Because of HIM this is possible!!

B protein coffee, Greek yogurt with sf pudding mix and sf Cool Whip, strawberries
L went to Red Robin, had the Enseneda chicken with salsa and guacamole and salad and a few of my daughter's fries
D taco casserole on a tostada with sour cream, strawberries
S sf fudgecicle, sf candy, protein ice cream sundae with chocolate chocolate chip ice cream, sf chocolate sauce and sf Cool Whip (see a pattern here?) I have a little thing for chocolate. As long as it's sugar free I and a reasonable portion I don't sweat it. If I can add protein to it all the better. I can tell myself it's good for me.
Jeez, looking at how I eat it really doesn't seem like I eat a lot better then I did, does it? The main difference is that it is sugar free and gluten free and much smaller portions. My weight is still low so I'm not worried about it. If it starts creeping up then I will cut out the goodies.
