Menus and Miles July 5th (for Roz)
Back from my vacation - it was cut short because of the weather (flew up to MI in a small plane) so we had to come back early. I was lucky I wasn't one of them with the power out. I did get to see my daughter and grandbaby, but not my folks or my sister this trip. I did get up to Mackinac Island (was just GORGEOUS) - weather was great, flew down the coastline of Lake Michigan and the views were breathtaking. I couldn't have asked for better weather those few days.
B - coffee w/creamer
S - (after exercising) Proteintogo drink
S - Venti Starbucks Skinny Carmel Macchiato with a shot of protein
L - grass fed pot roast (end of it)
S - Greek yogurt w/NSA cherrie filling
D - no idea yet

Water: working on it
Miles: elliptical 1/2 hour, weights 10 minutes

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

Water-need to increase; does anyone have any ideas on how to get more water in @ work. We are not allowed to have drinks @ our work station or in pt care areas.
