 Hello Everyone!  Roz must be busy so I thought I'd start the post.

Back from my vacation - it was cut short because of the weather (flew up to MI in a small plane) so we had to come back early.  I was lucky I wasn't one of them with the power out.  I did get to see my daughter and grandbaby, but not my folks or my sister this trip.  I did get up to Mackinac Island (was just GORGEOUS) - weather was great, flew down the coastline of Lake Michigan and the views were breathtaking.  I couldn't have asked for better weather those few days.  

B - coffee w/creamer
S - (after exercising) Proteintogo drink
S - Venti Starbucks Skinny Carmel Macchiato with a shot of protein
L - grass fed pot roast (end of it)
S - Greek yogurt w/NSA cherrie filling
D - no idea yet

Vits:  yes
Water:  working on it 
Miles:  elliptical 1/2 hour, weights 10 minutes

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

Thanks Jody! I'm still overwhelmed at work with all of the changes and having 2 days off this week is making it crazier!

So glad you had a nice trip. Your granddaughter is beautiful!

B: 2 toasted coconut covered marshmallows.....hope these are gone when I get home

 Aww Thanks Roz!  She is a doll!  My daughter thinks she's starting her Terrible 2's early.. I just smile... 

I've never been a marshmellow fan... guess that's good, huh?

If she's having trouble with the 2's tell her you can't wait until she gets in the trying 3 stage.  I told my girls that and Now They Know!!!   The 3's are far worse!!!!

I love marshmallows...at least they are fat free....LOL

Water-need to increase; does anyone have any ideas on how to get more water in @ work. We are not allowed to have drinks @ our work station or in pt care areas.

Exercise-wii fit and walk with hubby and children
I ran out of silk and had to use regular milk for my shake this AM, yuckky !! It's funny how my tastes have changed I must get some on the way home this afternoon.

 Wow - tough spot to be in.  Don't know what to tell you about that.  Are there any exceptions?  Can you get a Dr's slip - would that help?

Hi guys! Had a cookout yesterday at noon then took all the goodies to a fireworks party in the evening. Better there than my house!!! I will stick to this plan today! No chocolate!!!!!!!!
