Thanks! Yes taking the time to make my food! That's going to be the tough part. I really like quick food , like a yougurt , cottage cheese, deli meat, left over steak. I'll have some changing todo. I need to just slow down and take 30 minutes a day for my nutrition . My exercise I plan to do walking and water aerobics . I do hope that is enough ??? Thanks for all the support!
The LW board is an awesome support team!!! We are getting more and more posts that have reached goal and are on maintenance. Who's better to take advice from...someone who lives it every day or someone who has read it in a book?

If you don't aim high, how will you get there! You can do this. My goal is resolution of diabetes and a "normal" BMI.

Visit with the surgeon was excellent! He said I would probably get skinnier than I wanted to get! Ya right! But it was better than what I was previously told. He was very nice and so was the office staff. I feel much better after this visit. Can't wait . 30 more days! Thanks everyone!
