2 years post surgery
Hello All I have been on the boards but have not posted in a while. It has been 2 years since my surgery and I am doing wonderful. I celebrated by having date night with my hubby. The last time I wore a spaghetti strap dress was 13 years ago when I was fit ,active duty Air Force lol!!! It was very liberating. I am still 6lbs from my goal however I am completly happy with my progress thus far. I wish all of you a happy 4th and thank you for the support throughout this Journey!

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
