I bought ground lamb and ground grass fed beef at the farmer's market.  Do you do anything different with the ground beef?  I was thinking of just doing burgers with it.

I'm always glad when stuff like that cheesecake are gone.

The ground beef is the easiest, just cook the burgers on a slightly lower temp than you normally would. I fixed them this evening for my guys.

if you start slowing in your weight loss, you may want to look at your carbs.  I'm seeing carbs in protein bar, crackers, potato, popcorn and m&m's.  Roz keeps warning us, they catch up on us when we get to maintainance.  Protein looks great, however.

Looks good. Are you running in this heat? I've tried to do the ponies early so it isn't so hot. but there isn't a way to do them and walk the dogs before the heat sets in. Going to Zumba today.

I tried to get up early yesterday and get it done before it got too hot, but at 7:30am it was already so humid.  I did the 2.5 mile run and had to walk the rest of my 6.2 miles.  I hope it cools down some before the Peachtree race Wednesday morning or I'll be walking instead of running it.
