i think most of us are posting what we eat. We just eat a lot of protein and still drink shakes 
I have found, along with many others, that the protein requirements you will probably be given are not enough for us. I do best on 150ish of protein while my Dr would be fine with me at 80g. I have protein in my decaf as creamer each morning, a protein drink through the day and a shake at night. I do eat veggies every day, almost every meal. But you will need to get your protein in and most groups tell you to eat that first then veggies if you have any room left. I love my veggies but luckily, I love my protein too.
