4 weeks!!

It is hard to believe I am already 4 weeks out. I have begun my transition to soft foods and thus far the only thing I have found that is no good for me is pork chops..had them last night only 1oz but it made me feel horrible for a few hours. I know I ate slow enough and I chewed it really well so I am not sure what my pouch didnt like but I wont be eating it again for a while. I am amazed at my progress to day I have lost 18.8lbs which to me is amazing I have hit a weight I havent seen in almost 2 years. Even with that little bit of weight loss things seem so much easier like exercise and playing with my kiddos I cant believe what a difference I feel..I am ecstatic to continue my journey and what the future will hold for me. Thanks for all the advice and support along the way I hope to continue here and sit back and enjoy my journey.
Woo hoo
Hang on, It keeps getting better

Thanks everyone...I started my exercise routine about 4 months before my surgery and returned to it after 2 weeks and I love it...I will never miss my work out session and I love discovering how much easier it is for me to do know then before. I am loving it!!! As far as food I am very cautious and havent branched out too much but I will get there...I have found something though that works as a great snack for my kids and 1-2 bites cures my sweet cravings...SF Icecream is the best and the kids dont even know the difference. LOL I love helping them to make better choices too so hopefully they will not end up like me in 20 years. Thanks for all the support guys and I am really looking foward to more milestones
You're doing great....
Okay, on the SF ice cream...read labels...SF means they added artificial sweetners and extra fat. And while *I* can always use extra fat, not everyone can.
Comparing the labels of a popular brand:
Breyers Regular Vanilla: 14 grams of carbs (all are natural sugar), 3 grams of protein
Breyers CarbSmart Vanilla: 13 grams of carbs/5 sugar alchols/2 grams of protein
Breyers SF vanilla: 13 grams/4 sugar alcohols/2 grams of protein.
Personally for just ONE carb, I'll stick to the real stuff.
