meeting this morning but I'm headed out to ride Poppy now. It is still pretty, hasn't gotten too hot yet. then zumba this evening.

decaf protein coffee 33g
lemon tea 12g
eggplant parm
lemon tea 12g
flat out wrap w/ cheese
dinner out after Zumba
protein shake 33g

The scale has been moving up all week for no appearant reason. this morning I was 118, WTF? I'm just gonna keep on keeping on and see what happens. I know I haven't eaten 3500 extra calories for each of those pounds!!! or been sitting on my butt!!!!!

I think 35 = 350 when you are on maintenance.  It doesn't seem to take many calories to move the scale up.  If only it worked going down too.

These 12 hour shifts get longer and longer. Up at 0500 and to bed too late!
