S - McD's bacon/egg/cheese biscuit and hashbrown (yes, I ate it ALL!) Talk about slider foods...
L - I have greek yogurt for lunch with low sugar cherries, but not very hungry. Thinking of mixing a protein drink instead
D - IDK - heading to Michigan so I'm not sure what it holds for me, but since I'm living with this guilt, I'm sure it will keep me on track I have some pot roast that must either be eaten or stuck in the fridge so it doesn't go bad

I started mixing 3 scoops in my shaker for all morning. Works well.
L pasta-less pizza bake. I made rigatoni really meaty, saucey and with half the amount of pasta I normally use so I could easily get the meat sauce.
