Calories, Carbs and protein

Can someone pls remind me of the amount of calories we should stay under. I am trying to lose 25 lbs and on my tracker i put in 1,000 calories, 50 carbs and 150 gm protein a day. Which numbers aeem off? i want to loose not maintain or gain. Thanks for any help or advise...
This is me 4-27-07, just 3 days before my surgery. 201 lbs

 The only thing I'd say is to lower the carbs to 30 - but if you're eating good veggies, that can make it go over that.  

I'm definitely NOT the one to ask!  I have NO idea what it takes me to maintain, let alone lose (which I need to do).

When you find that magic formula, let me know - k?

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost

I agree with Jody, try to lower the carbs a little if you can.

I'm shooting for 1200, less than 50, 150 now and hope I can lose a pound or 2 with that but it isn't working very well.  I did lose at 1100, net 30ish, 150.  Those carbs are the devil for sure.

During my losing stage I was around 800 calories and very low carb (except for vegetables...lots of beans)  I usually eat between 1200-1300 for maintenance.
