D going to Chang's Mongolian grill for my daughter's birthday. It's looking like all my kids and grandkids will be there so I am excited. It's always a good day when we are all together. I will have a plate with lots of meat, some veggies and no noddles, like I always do and some egg flower soup.

Hi Roz! I went to the Farmers Market this morning and bought some veggies and grass fed beef. Expensive but I'm sure well worth it. The farm grows their own grain, so there's no hormones added. Was nice to talk to the actual people who farm it.
