Sunday Weigh In
This week 104.2
Total change -1.8
My weight has been pretty stable. Last week was some kind of fluke I get randomly. I'm just happy it's staying the same since I am on a new medication. So far it doesn't seem to be helping any but at least there aren't any real side effects. My PT did acknowledge that exercising would make my head and neck pain worse. How nice. I've been doing the exercises she wants me to do and so far no change except more pain. I hope this gets better soon.
WLS 10/28/2002 Revision 7/23/2010

Duodenal Switch (Lap) 01-24-11 | Surgeon: Stephen Boyce | High weight: 250 in 2002 | Surgery weight: 203 | Lowest weight: 121 | Current weight: 135 | Goal weight: 135
I'm trying to snack healthy...or at least avoid the bad stuff. It helps to just not have much snack food in the house...and to snack means I have to cook it first. That halts a LOT of it.

5/29. 147 lbs
Last week sometime when I got my scale back after vacation. 151 lbs. (prob water weight)
6/24. 146 lbs
Considering my last 3 weeks I will take it! In my pre WLS days in the wake of crisis I would have gained at least 10 pounds and kept it! I love my RNY!!
