I kind of made my own recipe by messing around but it works.  I whip up a cup of milk, an egg, about a tablespoon and a half to two tablespoons of cornstarch, some sf caramel syrup, some vanilla extract and a few teaspoons of Splenda in a blender for a few seconds, or you can just stir it, I'm lazy.  I put it in a sauce pan and stir costantly (I use a whisk) under medium-high heat just until it starts to bubble then turn it low to simmer, still stirring constantly for 3 minutes, then I pour it into cups and let it cool for a little bit.  It comes out real nice and creamy.  You could bake it, too, if you like but I like it this way, too.

Zero carb bread?  Is that the name of it .... does it really have 0 carbs?  How does it taste?

It really doesn't have much taste at all, kind of tastes like water, lol.  I will use this up and not buy it again.  I got it because it was gluten free and sugar free and apparently taste free, too.
Don't be jealous of the hash browns.  I just one or two bites.  I don't really care too much for them.

I'll think I'll skip the bread....LOL   I used to like hash browns and LOVED fried potatoes before WLS.  Now my mind says they look sooooo good but if I take a bite my mouth says YUK grease! 

Does you mind imagine what something tasted liked before...I think it's strange.  The thing is it happens every time I see them on someones plate.  When is my mind going to get with the program.
