Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

Another weekend coming up..YEAH!   The older you get and the busier you are the weeks seem to fly by faster.

I finally ordered my Protein last night.   I hope it gets here quick...quick...quick! I ordered two 5 lb. bags of the Mint Cookie because I can get my Lemon Tea at the Vitamin Shoppe if I run out and when they match their website it really doesn't cost that much more.

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!

I'm determined to kick this carb monsters butt :)  I did good yesterday, so far so good today !
B-EAS carb control dark choc shake
S-cheese
L-greek yogurt and cheese stick
S-quest bar (1/2)
S-2nd carb control shake
D-chicken breast and some type of beans
S-nuts or popcorn
lots of water, working on vits, not sure about exercise....maybe the wii

Drove Chili and walked the dog for 1 mile this morning before it got too hot. Now I am pooped. That's ok because I have lots of paperwork to do anyway and the computer guy coming this afternoon.

Back down to 116 today but what happened to 115?

protein 161

Carbs are higher than normal but it was the beans for lunch and dinner. At least they were good carbs.

I'm about ready to give on 115 and even 116, 117, and 118.  I don't know what else to do.  I'm beginning to wonder if I'm not eating enough.

As soon as the girls get back from lunch I'm going to take my walk.  I hope its not scorching out.

I wi****hought I wasn't eating enough.  I don't think that is my problem.    but I'm not sure I am willing to cut much more from my carbs or fat.    but I do think we have a very small margin these days between maintain, lose and gain.  Or at least it seems that way.

Down 5 lbs from Sunday night (yea - holding a LOT of water), but I'm happy about that anyway.  It's still not where I want to be, but I've got a plan and working it!

B - coffee (drive in)
S - Protein to Go protein drink (after working out)
S - lemonade protein drink - not crazy about it
L - taco meat made with Gina's grass fed beef with salsa
S - atkins bar if I want
D - idk - going out

vits:  I forgot some of them - I carry a bunch around in my purse now and I've run out of a few - need to restock
Water:  doing ok
Miles - 35 mins on elliptical - kicked my butt!

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?
