WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!
Another weekend coming up..YEAH! The older you get and the busier you are the weeks seem to fly by faster.
I finally ordered my Protein last night. I hope it gets here quick...quick...quick! I ordered two 5 lb. bags of the Mint Cookie because I can get my Lemon Tea at the Vitamin Shoppe if I run out and when they match their website it really doesn't cost that much more.

Down 5 lbs from Sunday night (yea - holding a LOT of water), but I'm happy about that anyway. It's still not where I want to be, but I've got a plan and working it!

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
