Bars
I only eat bars if we are traveling and even then I limit myself. Bars have to many carbs for me to eat them on a regular basis.

I also stay away from bars - they have too many carbs, but I find that when I eat them, either they upset my tummy or I want more! Its one of those triggers that I try to stay away from.

I find that sweet bars are a trigger food for me - they make me crave other sweet foods, so I save them

Totally not my recipe so don't thank me but these are HELLA good. And have a good blend of protein, carbs and fat.
Just eat them responsibly. Too much is REALLY too much. I don't want to say how I know that.

I love them all too much. In fact I found them calling my name from the pantry so I don't keep them in the house any longer. I had weightloss surgery to get out of the food obsession.
FYI, They are coated in chocolate or a chocolate like cover so a good choice in the winter but tend to be super messy in the summer. Of couse I find myself licking the wrapper to get every last morsel because I am counting the calories and because I love them.
I have not purchased any for a long time but Netrition use to have the best price. Our Kroger use to carry them too.
