Mine scales are holding steady but my ankles are huge.  They are still swelled when I get up in the morning.  It must be this heat. 

You used to drink fuzzy navel all of the time.  I'm glad to see you are back using it.

Drove Poppy before it got too hot and did a little work in the garden.  It is sprinkling now so maybe it will cool things off some.  Plus we are getting really dry. 

My scale was down last week and is back up this week.  I can't tell that I am doing anything different.  Frustrating for sure.

Maybe the rise on the scale is just the humidity.  My ankles have been really swollen.

Roz, I'm home now and ready to get back in my routine.  When I got home yesterday, I had to go with DH to a visitation.  One of the retired firemen passed away, he had been battling cancer for 4-5 years.  Great guy, he is going to be missed.  They did the firemans funeral for him today.  It is always so emotional.

I need to work a full day tomorrow!!

I love when I get home and get back into routine.  One of DH's bosses passed away this week from cancer too.  My former son-in-law's job in the Army was  playing taps at the funerals.  It really took it's toll on him.  He said most of the services were for young soldiers.

I've been doing better with the carb monster, but he is not fully contained.  I did good today, though.
B-EAS carb control shake
