Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

Busy..Busy...Busy at work today with all of the state changes on day care funding. They are very good at making changes but not very good at explaining them.  Our poor clients and providers are trying to figure it all out but we don't have all of the answers yet.

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!

Mines boring too but it works for me also.  I can pretty much copy and paste every day with a few minor changes.

Hi Roz,
Our last day here and then heading home in the morning.  It has been a good trip and I really enjoyed spending the time with family. 
B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Lemon Tea Protien Drink
L:  7 Pepper Sirloin Salad w/ rasp. vineg dressing
S:  Small piece of apple pie
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  Roast & veggies, maybe a small piece of cornbread
S:  Protein Drink

Vitamins:  Morning & afternoon done
Water/Fluids:  80 ozs so far
Miles:  None except walking around the mall

My dad wanted my brother to come down so we could all 3 be together with them, but he bailed on us so my sister called him this morning and probably let him have it.  He is suppose to be here at 5 this afternoon after she gets off work - it could get really interesting.   I hope he behaves so my parents won't get upset!  I think there is probably one in every family....

My brother drives my sister and I crazy!  Nice to our face and then talks about us behind our back.  He is always out for himself.  He tries to play us against each other.

Sounds like a yummy menu!

Here is my plan for today

B: swiss cheese 9g
Protidiet protein water 15g
S: none---no time
L: Vegetarian Joe 12g
swiss cheese 9g
S: Fage yogurt 13g
Protidiet protein water 15g
D: Crock pot Hawaiian chicken with veggies 3oz chicken 20g
S: Chocolate crunchies 12g

Totals: Protein 105   If I can do menu the rest of the day, this will be the first time I have reaced 100 grams of protein in a day.  I don't think I've ever gotten over 85ish...and that is rare.

Exercise: None yet...emergency C-Section over the lunch hour (I'm sure the anxiety burned a few calories).  Going to try and get in a walk tonight.

Drove Chili this morning then off to a lunch meeting where I was STOOD UP.  The person I was meeting got hung up in another meeting but didn't have my phone # so I stay for 45 min waiting on her.  I was an unhappy camper.  Went to the pool after lunch (by myself) and swam laps.  Shopping and home.  busy day.
