I agree the 5 day pouch test is the way to start and I also agree that you need to get better protein drinks, Bars are not a good source of Protein because of the carbs and like Jody said they might make you hungry.
I use the Citrical Citrate Petites and the Bariatric Chews.

I answered your more recent post with suggestions about eating and getting back on track.
I use Bariatric Advantage Calcium Chews - 6 per day. I love the raspberry. I also love the carmel, but have found they wake up my sweet tooth and I crave sweets more when I use those.
