B protein coffee, Greek yogurt with sf pudding mix and sf Cool Whip
L 1/2 roast beef and cheddar sandwich on zero carb bread from Julian's bakery. I was excited to try this and I was kind of disappointed. It is gluten free and sf, high in fiber and zero net carbs...and tastes like water. It is pretty heavy and dense so half a sandwich filled me up but I don't think I will get it again. I also had some strawberries.
D taco casserole on a tostada with sour cream.
S sf Werther's hard candy, sf fudgecicle, caramel vanilla sf egg custard with sf Cool Whip
I didn't feel very good today so I didn't exercise. I need to start using my membership or quit the community center. I can't afford to pay for something I don't use but I am so afraid of feeling worse afterwards. I have rode my bike a few times this last week. I don't have any real plans tomorrow so I will try to get to the center then, maybe go to a water aerobics class.
