WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!
I just read over yesterday's post and I can't believe all of the typos I made in my message....LOL (I corrected them...haha). I must have still been dizzy from the rock climbing...yeah right.
My Monday didn't start off so great. I made tuna salad last night and forgot to put it in the fridge...
. Luckily I still have a couple of Salmon Cakes in the freezer.
Let's make this the Beginning of a Great Week!!!!!

I have a busy day today. On Friday, I closed the sale of a property of my deceased mother, and now I have a couple of weeks before the sale of a second property closes. So I need to find a bunch of documents for that transfer.
I'm doing well so far today:
Breakfast: 1 cup skim Lactaid, 1 scoop Isopure Vanilla - 33 Protein, 195 Calories
AM Snack: 2.5 oz Oscar Meyer rotisserie chicken - 16 Protein, 75 Calories
Lunch: 1/4 cup crab classic (fake crabmeat), 1 TBSP salad dressing, 1/4 cup lettuce, 2 slices provolone cheese, 1/2 cup raw sweet cherries - 15 Protein, 253 Calories
Afternoon Snack: TBD
Dinner: 1/2 serving Chili Rellenos 15 protein, 145 calories
Evening snack: TBD
Total (before last two snacks): 79 Protein, 668 calories
Exercise: 35 minutes elliptical, 30 min strength training at moderate intensity

Drove Poppy this morning and 2 of the donkeys got out and went to visit the neighbors. Poppy and I herded them home with the carriage. She thought it was great fun.
