Great to meet you! I saw you posted on ou Main LW Board.
The Lemon Tea is Syntrax. They sell it on a lot of the Vitamin sites. I drink mine plain but it is mild enough you can add any crystal lite flavor to it for variety. I think all Protein drinks take awhile to get use to. I like the Syntrax because it's not milky.

You don't take a vitamin B? That's my favorite vitamin. They have to be the kind you suck under your tongue. I get mine from GNC in cherry flavor. You should also be taking Calcium Citrate with D3 not just calcium.
I know you mentioned on your other post that you upped your calories and then lowerd them but that didn't break the stall. Try upping your Protein for 3 or 4 days and then drop back down to your regular protein total. Not food with protein in it but good proteins.
Most of us were in the 700-800 calorie range while losing. I never consumed 1000 until I was at goal. I am only having 1200-1300 in maintenance. If you are at 1200 already how many does he want you to take in later on?
