121 today..think I was 123 last week.  drinking less diet pop, still working on the carbs.
Become what you believe..........  I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

2 lbs is great.  less pop is wonderful.  Carbs are the devil for a lot of us.

2 lbs a week when you are this far along is wonderful.  I know it seems slow when you think about how fast we lost in the beginning, but take that 2 lbs and love it!!!

Glad you are feeling better today.  Staying the same is great.  Almost everyone stalls, it gives your body time to regroup.  It is frustrating when it slows down then we lose motivation to eat right, then it is a viscious cycle.

Okay, I did have access to a scale yesterday so I weighed. And it was a doctor scale to boot!

Anyway, last week: 126.6

Down 2.6 lbs.

WooHoo.  good for you.  I think almost everyone stayed the same or lost this week.  It was a good week for lots of folks.  Hope you had a good visit with family.

Yes, I did but my daddy is not doing well at all...I'm afraid I'm gonna lose him too soon to suit me...if I had my way, I'll be 100 when he goes. :) But not gonna happen.
